Cannot create album

we recently re-did our website (blackboardmusic.com),
in the proccess our photo gallary got messed up.

i can create catagories but i cant create new albums,
therefore when i upload pix i cant put them into an album.

i have links and everything if you want visuals,
can anyone help me?
