I cannot send commets on my gallery 1.3.4.

Hi:

I have some trouble on my "gallery 1.3.4" I can't send any comments as administrator/registered/unregistered, maybe there is a missconfiguration on my webserver.. I show you the link: http://www.taxcolandia.com/fotos

I changed of server few days ago and I left a parked domain: http://www.taxcolandia.info/fotos pointed to my old server. In this server I can send comments with no problems and registered users too.

I'll appreciate if you check my two links, so that's why I'm looking for a webmaster who could fix that error. Thank you.
