Groups & Users functionality

Hmm.. It would be a a neat feature if a user could

*  create their own group (with say a standard directory size quota)
*  select an existing group to belong to
- - these features would make CopperMine more adaptable towards a 'social networking' type of concept..

[ I will go ahead with my own code patches to make such a feature a part of C/M anyway ~ if the developers want to discuss, etc.. please feel welcome ]
