Old account gone, re-registered anew, trying to retrieve old image gallery

Hi- i'm part of an organization who've lost access to our old account since a staff change. how do we reactivate an old link (all i have is http:(address) which ends in a page error. Help!

Search the board for "forgot admin password" or similar - there should be loads of threads that explain what to do.
