User Gall. Album Thumb = phpBB3 User Avatar?

Hey,

I just bridged cpg with phpBB3, wondering if there is a way, when viewing the User Gallery category, to make each individual User Gallery thumbnail appear as that particular user's avatar from the forum, as opposed to their most recently uploaded pic?
