[Solved]: Can't upload pictures to the gallery.

Get this when i try to upload a picture in coppermine:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 6400 bytes) in /customers/dillogdall.com/dillogdall.com/httpd.www/e107_plugins/coppermine_menu/include/picmgmt.inc.

What is the problem? I have managed to upload pictures before.
