Hi there,

I use coppermine a lot and really like the product. I've around 48000 photos classified and already uploaded to the ../albums/ directory using the following folders scheme:

    2000
    :
    :
    2008
            2008 - January - Graduation
                          : DC1002.JPG
                          :
            2008 - August - U2 Concert
                          : DC4509.JPG
                          :

I created 8 categories by year, 2000 to 2008. In each category I've been adding manually each Album, which is basically the sub-directory name without the year and the -. Then batch add files for that directory, selecting first the directory, then the files, then the album name from the drop down and then wait till is done.

I wish to know, be oriented on how could I make coppermime to assume the sub-directory name for the album and batch add the files inside. In fact, ideally, I would point to the category and add albums from a directory structure and all should be done from once.

This would save me adding around 2000 albums in the next weeks.

Cheers & Peace.

A.
