500 interal error when installing

what information do i need to provide for help?

500 internal error when trying to install CPMfetch
    * What version of coppermine you are using 1.4.18 (stable) (but it was working before i had to reinstall my gallery)
    * What version of CoppermineFetch you are using-most recent
    * A link to your website and gallery http://days-addicts.com/gallery
    * A link to an example of the problem (if possible)

    * How computer savvy you are (newbie, intermediate, damn good) (to goppermine? kinda a newbie and intermediate depending!)
    * What kind of web server you are running on (if known)
Im using Firefox if thats what you mean.
    * Include the code you are using.
Code? i didn't exactly try to install it,a friend did....



Also need to mention that even on a BRAND NEW SITE with the most recent update wouldnt' even let it install....did the same thing.

That's utter nonsense. There is a reason why versions have numbers!
