Errors whe uploading

Everytime i try to upload a picture i keep getting diffrent errors

A get either  Script called without the required parameter(s).

The previous file could not be placed.    You have successfully placed all the files.

Funny part is the pictures show if you click a few times. I installed this with a cp panel script, thanks for your help

k think i figured it out, had to scroll through some posts. I wil post if i have any more issues
