Hello.
Why can't users upload files ?
Error message:
The file couldn't be uploaded
All files have been uploaded

User: Test
pass: test

Try to upload to the album Test.

(another thing: I can't even enter Usermode, I'm stuck with Admin mode)

Do exactly as suggested in the docs, sections "asking for support on upload issues" and "upload troubleshooting": set the number of file upload fields to 1 and the number of URI upload fields to 0 for the group the test user account is in.

Hmmm, something must be seriously wrong with the gallery, I can't even login now.

I can log in just fine with the test user account. Clear your cookies or try another browser.

How could you possibly be "stuck" in admin mode? Never leave admin mode if you have now idea what the "admin mode / user mode" toggle is meant to be used for. To find out, read up the corresponding section of the docs.

We can only tell you if you do as suggested. You haven't done so - the number of file upload fields is set to 20 (should be 1), the number of uri upload fields is set to 3 (should be 0). Debug_mode is not enabled.

Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 127

Means that you don't have ImageMagick or that you have specified the wrong path. Go to coppermine's config and change the method for resizing images from ImageMagick to "GD2". Save your changes, then try again.
