Our admins changed servers over a week ago - everything went fine, except for one picture...thats no big deal.

I am trying to get to the gallery.  It is integrated with phpBB, and worked for ever before the move.  Now when we try to enter the gallery, we get this:

Fatal error :
There was an error while processing a database query

if you log out, and enter anonymous, you can see every picture, except the last pic uploaded.

Sounds like a cookie issue?  any help here, could be a  simple fix.

Turn on debug mode, and post what the actual error is. If you cannot login to do this, either change it in the db directly, or temporarily disable the integration.

do appreciate the help - but it's not working.

did enable "1" in the debug mode - but, I don't get a registration email.

I fear to reinstall.  2,632 pictures in the gallery.

registration email has nothing to do with this, you're supposed to switch on debug mode which will give you more information when you encounter an error like
QuoteFatal error :
There was an error while processing a database query
You're supposed to look at the debug output and post it if you don't understand what's going on.

when i'm logged into the forum, I cannot enter the gallery, I get the error message with or without coppermine being in debug mode.  if i'm logged out of the forum, I can view everything in coppermine.

when I had it standalone, not integrated with phpBB, I couldn't get a registration email to see how things worked without integration.

you won't need a registration email! When you set up coppermine in the first place, you had to enter an admin name and password. Remove integration (by commenting out the changed line in include/init.inc.php) temporarily, log into coppermine using the admin account you created during install and change the debug_mode setting in coppermine config (to be found at the very bottom of the config page). You then have debug mode switched on. Switch integration back on (include/init.inc.php!), go to the page you encountered the database error with and copy'n paste the debug output into your posting. No registration email needed, trust me!

it's not about any registration email.  I need to stop posting here before I start looking like a total dumb ass.

Appreciate the help.

Bye now.
