A big problem with the theme "Rainy Days"

The problem of the theme "Rainy day" is, that thumbnails will scale to 147*xxx or 148*xxx or 149*xxx  (thumbnail setting 150*xxx) so they look like smeary pictures. The original size will be always 150*xxx so the quality seems very low if they will scale to lower or bigger sizes. Some pictures are 150* and they look very good. How can I delate the scale for thumbnails on "Rainy Days"? Thank you very much!

Thank you, but some thumbnails are scaled now (after fixing):
