Regenerate normal pictures

Hello

How can I regenerate normal pictures? Because I deleted them from I FTP but I don´t know how to regenerate them, I generated new thumbs.
The point is that I set images to shown in 800 pixels but the box containing the images is wrong, like this

Rebuild them using admin tools.
