Report to Admin e-mails are in French

I have English set under the Language setting in Config but the e-mails I get from "Report to Admin" are all in French. Can anyone tell me how to make them in English?

That's a known issue - the user who sent the email has chosen French as his language. Sadly, the language of the sender is taken into account instead of the language of the recipient.
