Email notification is emty

I, as administrator have to get email and approve a new user. I do get an email, but its emty.

no, I am using english one, and beside that email is emty, it has no subject too

I get the same problem too.. It worked at first, but then it started sending blank emails.. Strange

I have same problem, notification mail work correctly, but later, subject an body mail, its blank.
I don't now as to correct, the problem.
