remove use of E_STRICT (PHP 8.4 deprecated)
update README to reflect new website

I am logged in as administrator and I see the admin breadcrumb

I click on config and I get this

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /usa/coppermine/config.php on this server.

Please remember version 1.3beta has no support yet, until the official release.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here

well, Casper: if there's no support for cpg1.3.0, why do you actually give support for it then? :wink:
