I am unable to login to my gallery and I am unable to login to the user I set up as well. The site is www.dekalbcountymarines.org and the link for photogallery. I don't know what's happening but it's saying that I don't exist!

No, that URL must be wrong. Review. Also provide a non-admin test user account.
