Can not copy work file error

If I click on the "Edit file information" button from a image to crop a thumbnail again I get this error message: Can not copy work file.
Anyone know how I can fix it?

Means the system wasn't able to copy the 'work image'. Check file permissions (coppermine config). Should be 755 or 777 (depending on your setup). Clear your albums/edit directory (here the work image gets copied - if it is already there and can't be overwritten you get the message).
