Error Processing Database

I've never had a problem deleting photos from my gallery. So I upgraded to 4.19 and added Strammn. I uploaded two new pictures to test it, and I try and delete them and it won't. It gives me this error message:

There was an error while processing a database query.
While executing query "DELETE FROM  WHERE picture_id='378'" on 0

mySQL error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE picture_id='378'' at line 1


I have no idea what the above means, or what I need to do. Also, here is more info on the error:

I'm sorry. When I try to delete photos, I get the above errors and it will not delete the photo.

I thought I posted a link. Also, my title of this thread should read: "Can't Delete Photos" to accuartely describe my problem. Here is the link:
