PHPBB3 and Coppermine, groups are backwards

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and XXX:
I bridged the two systems, and CPG sees all users ang groups from PHPBB, but they are backwards.  In PHPBB Registered Users are Admins of CPG, and Admins of PHPBB are normal users.  I only have 1 admin accout in PHPBB.  For this reason I have disable the bridge.  Any ideas?  I've tried with post based groups ass 1 and 0.
