Ok I get the normal

Ive read everything on this made changes as suggested and nothing has worked so here the debugg Im really hoping some can help. I also did the install manual not with fantastico.

You obviously missed some of the "asking for support on upload problems bit". Things like posting a link etc.

Have you checked your file permissions for everything in the albums folder. Are you using GD2?

Search the forums for

db_input.php - Line: 402

That brings up a few answers
