Anyone got any idears - plugin that wont show up in the manager

Ive been trying to set up this Photo_Shop plugin and if I have it called exactly that or photo_shop, it doesnt show up in the plugins manager. If I rename it 'photoshop' using FTP Filezilla it will show up in the plugins manager as Stramm photo shop plugin, but when I click to install it, it just gets to the next screen, then I click on go and it says there was an error with the database. He said that I mustn't rename it. If I dont rename it it doesnt show up. ?

Well, if you don't get replies you should ask yourself if something is wrong with your posting. Suggestion: read up posting rules to get an idea...
