v 1.4.18 list of files question

Hi this is a question for Stramm. Some of my files; de/init.inc.php, e/langfallback.inc.php and include/plugin_api.inc.php and lang/danish.php are still 1.4.18 when I install the 1.4.19 Stramm version. Do they need to changed to 1.4.19 or it's not very important? If it's important what should I edit the files?

include/plugin_api.inc.php however is not in the modpack archive
