Users cannot uppload pictures

Hi, I have a little problem.
I let everybody except banned people upload pictures in the gallery.
Problem is then can only chose one of all my albums. It's always the same chosen. And it's not the first in the list or something... How come?
As Admin I can upload everywhere

You need to change the permissions for each album.  Click on the properties box next to the albums thumbs, and change them to 'Visitors can upload' to YES.
