I have versione 1.2.0 but haven't the possibility to insert a comment or vote a picture...help me!  ???

You allow this in the groups management page.
Also, this can be set per album, in the album properties page, but it is set to allow by default.

It is recommended you upgrade to version 1.2.1.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here
