For those of you who want to write a plugin of their own, there are some sections in the documentation for cpg1.5.x that explain what you need to know: there is a list of plugin hooks, a tutorial that explains how to write a plugin.
If you plan to release your plugin later, you should take a look at the naming conventions.
Regular users can not start new threads on the plugin contributions sub-board to avoid this bord to get cluttered with plugin requests. If you have written a plugin and want to contribute it to the community, start a thread of your own within the support board, attaching your plugin to your announcement thread. A moderator will move the thread to the plugin contributions board if applicable.
