[Solved]: changing picture description

Is it possible to have the description of the pictures, instead of under the picture, above the picture.

Hope someone can tell me if, and where i can do that..

Are you talking about the intermediate image view? If yes, copy $template_display_media from themes/sample/theme.php into the theme.php you're actually using and modify it accordingly.
