Stramm modpack not showing

Hi,
i installed the modpack bridged it to smf , but no modpack options are showing up in the settings. I have made sure i was overwriting the files. switched to english but all that didn't help. Any ideas ?.

language is set to dutch as default, however when i switched to english the result still the same

Without a testuser account I just see the smf login page

Use english US to do the settings

Only when i enable notification for users no mail comes in when a comment is posted
