MD5 encryption of passwords & select/unselect all checkbox batch add

There was already a hack in the Hacks forum, but it did not seem to work in the newest version, so i'm requesting it here so it would be standard, because its actually a really important feature Also it would be handy to add a "Check/Uncheck All" checkbox to the Batch Add feature.
