Ranking , images Views and automatic logo creation PROBLEM

hello every body.
i have mor then 1 problems..plzz help me...

1. i want to creat automatic logo on the Pictures that i Upload to gallery.for example see this link a logo is automaticaly installed in this image   http://www.smilepk.com/wallpapers/albums/flowers/flower_wallpaper_144.jpg
tell me plzz how can i do this...
2. Ranking and images Views both function are not working on my Gallery . can any body tell me what should me do. my site link is http://www.ookat.com/gallery

For your first question

: that's what we call a watermark - you better apply that on your client before uploading. If you must see this done server-sided, there is a watermarking plugin and a couple of watermarking mods around.
