Not Able to Bridge Copper with VBulletin 3.8

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and vBulletin:

Coppermine critical error:
Unable to connect to UDB database !

MySQL said:

Coppermine install: http://mysite.tld/gallery/
Forum install: http://mysite.tld/ (public_html/) in the root
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.22
Forum version: vBulletin v3.8.2
Test user account: some_testuser_name / the_password_for_the_test_user_account (Not Produced)

( for vbulletin it is in includes folder)

That's silly. We can't help you that way. From the sticky:
