I'm making Coppermine photo gallery for a photographer to display examples of her work. I am the admin of the gallery program and am making all the settings. I have registered her as a user and she'll be the only user. All she has to do is login and upload her pictures into the Albums that I have already created for her.

Seeing how this will not be a multi-user gallery, is it possible to simply display the albums on photo gallery start up instead of having to go through the steps: Home > View Gallery > jodie?

Also, in the admin area under groups, I'm not fully understanding "quota - 1024KB". Is this the maximum space that has been allowed them for their photo gallery?

Thanks

Joachim Müller

Don't make her use personal galleries, but public ones you (as admin) create. You can create albums in the root or in any category you set up. After doing that, you have to allow her to upload to public albums. Finally, you have to set permissions to upload on the album properties screen. This is being covered in the docs, please read them first - it's frustrating for supporters to be asked the same questions over that already have been answered so often; don't expect to be spoon-fed.

We have a strict "one question per thread" policy that you agreed to respect when signing up. Set the quota to 0 for unlimited quota.
