Missing Index.php

Hello-

I recently installed coppermine on my website... it was running great for a week or so.  Then one day the index.php file got deleted/went missing!

I redownloaded the installer and dragged the index file back onto the FTP server but now i get an error message.  Do I need to reinstall coppermine or is there a way to get the index file back? Thanks!
