hi

when i select a category, jupload starts to search for the albums ... and thats it.

this is what i get:

...
15:37:43.771 |thread applet-wjhk.jupload2.JUploadApplet-3|00127|[INFO] JUploadApplet is now started.
15:37:43.771 |AWT-EventQueue-4|00128|[DEBUG] Within componentResized
15:37:43.785 |AWT-EventQueue-4|00129|[DEBUG] PicturePanel.paint(): offscreenImage is null

this is a free provider (http://www.000webhost.com (this is an unsolicited advert that triggered the stop-word filter)/), but i think this is not the problem.

can someone help please ?
THX

sorry, forgot something:

when i edit the album and go to jupload (so the album is pre-selected) the upload works fine (after uploading i get an error: script without parameters, but the pics are then already there).

The 'offscreenImage is null' is a normal debug message.

The issue you encounter, is, I guess this:
- You select a category
- The Ajax rotating picture  ...  keeps rotating.
- So, the album list is never filled.

Correct ?

If yes, the problem is in the PHP part. As the upload works, when coming from the album, the Java part (the applet) works fine.

Do you have any tool that blocks javascript ?

(What OS, navigator... ?)

no, i don't have something like this. i have cpg and your (great) plugin on my private web (same version on both) and there it works perfect. so i beleive, that could be some kind of server-permission or something like that coming from that provider (it's a website for a friend and i couldn't host it on my personal provider).

sorry for my bad english and thx for your fast reply.

greets from vienna,
mark

Hum, hum,

My best idea now, is to re-install it.

If it doesn't work, can you post me the URL, so that I take a look there ?

Hi,

It works for me, on your site, with both IE7 and Firefox 3. I'm on XP SP3.

So the problem is not on server side.

What navigator, computer, OS... are you using ?

Etienne

donsenilo

hm ...

your plugin worked in the past, but now it don't. it stops by uploading the first pic.
i thought that i changed some configuration but i didn't ...

i use ie8, vista home premium, the newest java, no "special" computer ...

very strange  :(

donsenilo

hello again ...

i've tried a few things.

the plugin stops only if i select more then one or two pics. it works allways with one pic.

i could upload more than 60 pics from another directory without problems.
but i can't see a special difference to the other pics (file size, pic size, ...). the only difference is that some of the pics (with the error) have 180dpi.

Hi,

I don't understand this message: your original question was about the album list, that would not be filled. Is it solved ?

If yes, please:
1) Mark this thread as solved.
2) Create a new thread, as it's another issue.

Then, please test the 3.5.3rc5 version, available here:

sorry ...

ok, seems that this error caused by the free-webhoster (but i can't say why).
so i moved the cpg to my own host.
