Did not find config file at ../include/config.inc.php

Hi,
I installed cpmfetch, following the instructions, to the cpg folder in my coppermine site.
I set the permissions to writable for the files and directory.

When I run the install, I got the message, "Did not find config file at ../include/config.inc.php".

I checked the include folder, the config.inc.php is there.

I read the docs again, tried reloading the cpmfetch folder this time to a new folder, "cpmfetch" (instead of "cpg" folder), reset the permissions, and ran install again.  It didn't work.

Pse help.  thanks.
