Pictures resized after recreating thumbs

Hello,

I have recreated thumbnails using Admin Tools but now newly uploaded photos are resized, like here:

This happens only when dimension is set to 'Exact'. When I change it to 'Width', everything looks fine. Now everytime I upload pics I have to use Exact dimension so my thumbs look good but after uploading I have to change it again to Width so pictures aren't resized. How can I solve this problem? My settings:

Problem solved. I have uploaded clean theme.php file and it works fine.
