A few weeks ago I started encountering the 'No input file specified' error without modifying the Coppermine code.  After reading the forums, I upgraded from 1.4.18 to 1.4.25 and still encountered the issue.  Upon further review of the forums, I opened a ticket with my hosting company and received the following information:

Thank you for update and provided information. I was able to reproduce your issue and according to my investigation this issue related to the incorrect path to the files which you were using during software installation or configuration. After clicking submit button your software login me successful and then tried redirect to "http://imperial-eagle.com/coppermine/incladd.php?file=/hsphere/local/home/silmirot/imperial-eagle.com/coppermine/index.php", but should redirect simple to "imperial-eagle.com/coppermine/index.php". To check this you may try to login, then get error message and then go to imperial-eagle.com/coppermine/index.php. You will see that you have logined successful. To fix this issue you should re-configure your software with other path for default file name or file path.

This occurs with all pages once logged in, not just the login page.  I am not a coder and thus I am continuing the thread with my hosting company and I am opening a thread here for further clarification.

The site is at http://www.nyrf.imperial-eagle.com

Thanks,

Ken

What is incladd.php? It's not a part of Coppermine.

Thank you, this solved the issue.  I removed the .htaccess and the gallery is working correctly again.
