[n/a - 1.3 support request]:"Cannot Create Write File" / "Impossible to Move"

This may be a newbie question, but I could not find the topic....  just downloaded the Coppermine set and installed it.

Okay, all permissions are set.  The folders are all where they are supposed to be.  Yes, when I do a URL image upload from my own site to put in album, the error message is "Cannot create write file"

Also, when I tried to get it to upload from my Desktop the error is "Impossible to Move"

Now, the wierd thing is that if I FTP them to a specific folder, I can batch process them no problem.

Anyone know what is going on?

You are using the beta, which is not supported. 1.2.1 is stable.  This issue is covered in depth on the 1.3 board.
