I am a Chinese user, when you select the type of encoding UTF-8, the font choice for the Simplified Chinese, then the page will appear garbled, when the options are GB2312, the font choice for the Simplified Chinese, is also garbled, if the document name contains  Chinese, filename also garbled， then the picture will not be able to display。
