I installed my album a few days ago, and I love it and am very happy with it.
But.. I did something I shouldn't have and I feel ridiculous.
I put the album in my sub-domain initally. Perfect, runs smooth.
I also wanted to put one in the initial domain.
So I went ahead and uploaded it (mostly) but forgot to put it in it's own folder.
Right when I realized what I had done I went in and deleted all of the files.
Now that maybe the album doesn't work that way, but could it?
So now I can't log in to the album at all, but it's working just fine.

*** Couldn't log in. Try again ***

I had searched on here before posting to try and find the solution myself before bugging anyone...
I found something about cookies on the config.php, and when I searched for that in the file it could not be found.
I'm not going to mess with it anymore until someone that actually knows what they're doing might want to assist me.
Thanks in advance, oh wise ones.

I don't fully understand what you did. What files did you delete? Did you run the installer on your second coppermine gallery as well?
The easiest way to fix a missing admin account is by editing the database directly (using a tool like phpMyAdmin). You'll have to check the table yourCopperminePrefix_users and create an admin account (an admin user is member of the user_group "1").

Hi, sorry I was unclear.

I uploaded almost all of the files into the base domain but "loose" not in a folder.
I went in and deleted them, did not run the installer at all.
I didn't touch the files in the sub-domain.
I'm a bit lost on the rest of your post, but I'm a quick learner.
I'll post back if I get stuck.
Thanks!

Have you checked your browsers cookie settings?

Yes I did. I still had a cookie, then reset with no luck.
Tried with both Mozilla and IE.
I have no idea how to do anything with php, but i'm in the panel now and trying to figure it out.
Thanks!

edit:

I may end up reinstalling.. php/sql are things that I do NOT know and I don't have time right now to learn it.
Installation is very user friendly, which is a good thing.. but administering it is difficult. At least for me.
