ecard disabling

Hi there, I am using coppermine 1.2 integrated with a phpbb forum. I want to disable the ecard feature, I have already disbled right click and disallowed hotlinking as some of the pics are under copywrite restrictions. Is there a simple way to simply disable the function otherwise it completley contradicts what I have tried to do.

In the groups page there is the option 'Can send ecards', simply change it to no.
