no user gallery names

i have done the search for an answer but can't find an answer to it.

i have cpg 1.4.12  i have personal albums of members but it is only showinh the random pics and latest pics added to their of the albums.

when i click on albums then on personal albums it says their are no user galleries, all the pics are in the albums and the users names are in the database. can anyone tell me how to fix this please as i can't seem to find the problem.
this is what it i mean:
Click on Album list then:

I click on PERSONAL ALBUMS and it gives me this:

User list
There are no user galleries

i have cpg 1.4.12

then upgrade!
