XML?

hello all

before i downlaod this i'd like to know how possible it is to port to xml?
it would have to be able to enable me to use an xml based template or something, there needs to be a way for me to output the pages to xml dynamically, so that anything i can get in html i can get in an xml document which i define the structure for.

Reasons being i'm trying to incoperate it into flash
i've poted MT (bloggin) to flash, and my next mission was an image gallery....
