Theme list problem

hello
i am and admin of my gallery and when i am logging in as admin then clicking on config then Themes settings, but there is nothing in the theme list and when i am going to the files that have been hosted the themes are there!

so how can i get the theme list?

Make sure the themes folder and all subfolders are actually readable by the webserver.
