How do I can change the display of zip or rar files for each file in the gallery?

Example: http://hayden-collective.net/videos/

The files are in zip, but it has a different view for each.

You're using the custom thumb feature already. Not sure what your question is, please re-phrase.
I tried downloading one of your zip files to find out it contains a wmv file: that is of course nonsense, as wmv already is a compressed format, so you don't gain anything using the zip archiver as far as file size is concerned, and you lose the ability of the end user to preview - he has got to wait untill the download is over. Not a bright idea if you ask me.
Additionally, you're running behind in version count and therefore are vulnerable. Upgrade first instead of worrying about zip files.

This gallery is not mine, is just one I visited.

The advantage of this gallery is not the view, but to download and save files.

I wonder if there is any way to send a zip or rar file with the image file (jpg / gif / png) to stay in the display.

Or some way to change the display later.

Please search and read the docs before posting. If I understand your question, it has been asked and answered many times.
This is probably what your looking for... in the docs it explains custom thumbnails.
It also looks as if Stramm's Mod Pack offers some solutions, this thread explains.

Thank you and sorry.

I had read this part of the manual and this topic by Stramm

It did not work by Stramm, but it worked the manual.

It works both ways, but you obviously made a mistake. You still haven't done as suggested: you haven't posted a link to your gallery. Marking thread as "solved" (although you could have done that yourself).
You should really review your attitude and play be the rules if you need support.
