I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and vbulletin:
Coppermine critical error:
Unable to connect to UDB database !

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  ../
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../includes/config.php

Cookie name/preifx: /

You actually have cpg1.4.25. (it's very important to be current)

Use the steps outlined here: 5.3.2 Recover from failed bridging

Then be more careful setting your paths as outlined: 5.3.1.2 path(s) used by your BBS app

i have unbridged before and bridged again but its not working correctly is it cause my forums are in root directory or not and its not that i dont care its just i didnt know the exact name of the file sharing service sorry for confusing you on that term

Both of those are wrong.

In the top one you have not given the forum url but you have that bit right in the bottom one.

You are also not giving the correct "Relative path to your BBS's config file". includes.config.php is not the bbs config file.

You also need to give the correct cookie name.

I do not know vbulletin so I cannot give you the correct details. You site is also behind my corporate firewall so that doesn't help me much either. (not your fault that one)
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.
