Hello! I've just completed with the installation but it seems that there's an error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/a1851682/public_html/cpg14x/include/init.inc.php on line 265

What does this mean?

The file must be damaged.

Get a clean copy of Coppermine 1.4.25 from here: Downloads

Because you have one damaged file and this looks to be a new installation my best advice would be to use the complete package from Downloads for your installation. This would be better than replacing one file at a time.

Post a link to your gallery.
Search the board next time.
Did you perform the install as the docs suggest or did you use an auto installer like fantastico?
You probably just have to:

That error message just means that the file the error message complains about is broken, that's all. ... Restore a copy of that file that isn't broken.
