Fatal Error

Did a search but couldn't find this specific error:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'bridgecoppermine.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home2/frozen7/public_html/forum/cpg14x/include/init.inc.php on line 257

Everything went went until "Don't hit back" etc. Clicked "Let's move on" and got this error.
