1 Vote per Album

I have everything configured and working now except our current monthly photo contest only allows for a person to vote once per album not per picture.

I have looked throughout the forum and docs and I have also found the code in ratepics that checks for the one vote per picture.

Is there a way to change that so that it loads the album id into the table instead of the pic_id?
