What is this Debug Modus and what happens if I aktivate it?

Another point would be, if it is possible to write comments without registrate?!

1) only one question per thread
2) Debug mode will give you additional output meant for bug hunting, only to be enabled when experiencing problems
3) In groups manager (admin menu), enable comments for the group "Anonymous"
4) This is all being covered in the documentation that comes with coppermine, please read before posting!
